Terms of Service

By accessing or using NGTrades — our website, Discord community, trade calls, mentorship, or giveaways — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NGTrades is a trading-education community and mentorship. We share educational content, live commentary, and structured coaching. We are not registered investment advisors, a broker, or a money manager, and we do not trade or hold your funds.

Everything shared through NGTrades is for education only and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading futures and leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results, and you trade at your own risk. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and we do not guarantee any profit, funded account, or specific result.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use NGTrades.

Paid tiers are described at checkout. One-time tiers are charged once; monthly tiers renew until cancelled. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period unless required by law. Access to paid features ends when a membership lapses.

Weekly giveaways are governed by their own Official Giveaway Terms and Disclaimer. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Don't resell, redistribute, or publicly share members-only content, and don't misuse the community (harassment, spam, or unlawful activity). All NGTrades content, branding, and materials remain our property; your membership is a personal, non-transferable license to access them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NGTrades and NGT Enterprises LLC are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
