What we collect

When you apply for mentorship or enter a giveaway, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, phone number, and details about your trading experience and goals. We log communications with you (for example, emails and meeting notes) to administer the mentorship. We never ask for, or store, your brokerage or prop-firm login credentials.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the mentorship and community, fulfill weekly giveaways, respond to you, send updates you ask for, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of trusted providers to run NGTrades, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• Supabase — database & secure account authentication
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store full card numbers)
• Discord — community access and trade calls
• Twilio — text-message notifications, where you opt in
• Resend — transactional and update emails
• Cloudflare — security and content delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics

For giveaway winners, we share the minimum contact details needed with the sponsoring prop firm solely to deliver the prize.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@ngtrades.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Children

NGTrades is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
